  For those homeowners who want to “do-it themselves” or just save some money, we have the perfect option. Let Pioneer set the posts in place and deliver all the needed supplies to finish the project directly to your home. With the post set, you can then finish the fence on your own and we won’t tell anyone we helped.

• We Frame Set and Deliver the Materials

  If building your own deck seems too daunting of a task, then let Pioneer install the structural framing and deliver the necessary materials needed to finish the deck. With the framing in place, all that’s left for you to do is nail the remaining decking in place. Other than a hammer or nail gun, all you need is a saw to cut the planks to the correct length. You will save money and time and all you need to do is enjoy your finished deck.

• You Set the Frame and Pioneer Finishes the Job

  Maybe you have the ability to build the frame of the deck yourself and then realized you do not have the expertise or time needed to finish the project. We will come in and finish your deck by installing the floor and railing.   We provide delivery service of your material purchases directly to your home Monday through Friday. Simply call in to Pioneer and let us know which day you would like the materials delivered and where you would like the materials stacked. Our staff will unload the materials and stack it in the predetermined spot of your choosing. We also provide a list of materials and hardware included in the packet.

• You Can Pick Up Your Kit

  If you prefer, you may pick up your “Do-It-Yourself” kit from our Salmon Creek retail location. Just give us a call and let us know the day and time you would like to have your materials ready for pick up and we will make sure it is ready. Our staff will check the materials and hardware to ensure you are receiving the correct products for your project.
